The Brooke Hester Hustle is an annual 5K and 1 mile fun run in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas benefitting Brooke's Blossoming Hope for Childhood Cancer Foundation, a 501(c) 3 charity to benefit pediatric cancer patients and research. 

As a way for the Hester Family to give forward some of what they have been blessed with, the Hester’s decided the Brooke Hester Hustle should become a part of the early vision in forming Brooke’s Blossoming Hope for Childhood Cancer Foundation, a global nonprofit also known as “Brooke’s Blossoms” with 100% of the proceeds going toward the global battle against pediatric cancer, supporting the dedicated mission efforts that seek to both help patients directly with global care packages to help cope with the difficulty a child faces during hair loss and harsh treatment (currently nearly 76,000 distributed in 50 countries) and to find and fund nearly $300,000 toward innovative, promising and hopeful research projects for cures to pediatric cancer.
